“Let the little children come unto me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these.”

Matthew 19:14

Here at First Baptist Church we have a vibrant children’s ministry! Children are very important to us and we strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which families can worship and grow. We can assure you that every child is valued, accepted, and will have a blast learning more about Jesus! In our children’s ministry, students learn relevant truths about God and are challenged to live it out every day! There are classes for children of all ages.

Sunday Worship

11am- We want every family and baby to enjoy their time worshiping our Lord here at FBC. Our screened loving nursery staff will make sure your baby is safe and secure while you are in service. Even the youngest baby will learn about Jesus through songs and a bible story with the Little Spouts curriculum. Whenever our doors are open, there is Nursery offered for children birth-3 years.  Additionally, Wee-Worship is provided for children up to first grade.

Summer Camp:

Each year children who have completed 2nd grade and older have the opportunity to spend 3 nights at Crossings Camp at Cedarmore. See website for more details: https://www.gocrossings.org/camps/kidscamp2018/

Life Groups

9:45am- Children are going chronologically through the bible with The Gospel Project Curriculum.  Kids of all ages dive deeply into God’s story of redemption through Jesus Christ. In every lesson, they are immersed in the gospel, understand how every story in the bible points back to our need for a Savior, and learn how when the gospel works on them, they become part of the story, too; the very hands and feet in God’s gospel project! In addition, We also offer a Sunday School class for parents of children.

Wednesday Evenings

Wednesday evenings start at 6:30 PM inside our ministry center with our kids and our youth having dinner together. After the Kids Ministry goes through the Adventure Club curriculum.
